1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Shipberg, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Shipberg is a digital platform connecting transporters, truck owners, and customers. We provide tools for load posting, bidding, tracking, and documentation. Shipberg acts as a facilitator and is not a party to the actual transportation agreement between users.

3. User Obligations

• Users must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Customers are responsible for the insurance of their goods.
• Users must verify the identity and credentials of other parties before engaging in transactions.
• Prohibited activities include fraud, harassment, and system interference.

4. Payments & Billing

All tariffs and charges calculated by the Shipberg application are final. Users agree to pay for services as displayed in the app. Shipberg is not responsible for any direct payments made between users outside our platform's specified billing process.

5. Liability Limitation

Shipberg is not liable for goods damage, theft, accidents, or delays occurring during transportation. We do not guarantee the availability of trucks or the performance of any user. Our total liability is limited to the service fees paid to us.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion without prior notice.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of Shipberg shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
